Participants are advised that ASX will be conducting Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing of a subset of systems that support its Derivatives Market Services on 29 October – 5 November 2016 to satisfy regulatory and audit requirements.

What do I need to do by when?

Please note the following regarding the test:

Participant procedures and access methods are not changed as a result of the BCP test;

Participants are not required to perform any configurations for the BCP test;

ASX will be validating access to each system as part of the failover process, Participant validation is not required;

ASX is running each key system in reverse configuration, meaning that full system redundancy is available for the duration of the BCP test;

All ASX Derivatives Market Services BCP systems are full replica environments, meaning there will be no service degradation as a result of the BCP test; and

ASX is not failing over any aspect of the network access infrastructure solution.

Customer Technical Support will be available from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday - Friday for technical issue escalation.
