Effective Monday, 12 December 2016, RARE Infrastructure Value Fund – Hedged will change its ASX Code from LMA08 to RAI01 and RARE Infrastructure Value Fund – Unhedged will change its ASX Code from LMA09 to RAI02 (the “Funds”). There will be no ASX Code corporate actions disseminated for these events in the ReferencePoint Corporate Action file E34.

The ASX Code change event will be effected in two (2) steps as follow:

  1. The new ASX Codes RAI01 & RAI02 and their related security information were initially disseminated in last night’s ReferencePoint Master List E02, 01 December 2016 with the File Content Indicator data field value “3” for new insertion.

  1.  

    1. The new ASX Codes RAI01 and RAI02 will be allocated temporary ISINs. LMA08 and LMA09 ISINs cannot be assigned to RAI01 and RAI02 respectively because no two active securities in the ASX database can have the same ISIN value concurrently.

       

    2. RAI01 and RAI02 temporary ISINs will be updated with LMA08 and LMA09 ISINs respectively once the latter ASX Codes are no longer active.

 

  1. The Funds are intended to cease under ASX Codes LMA08 and LMA09 on Friday, 09 December 2016 and commence under ASX Codes RAI01 and RAI02 respectively on Monday, 12 December 2016.
