Shareholders in Gryphon Minerals Limited (the “Company”) voted in favour of the Scheme of Arrangement (the “Scheme”) giving effect to the merger with Teranga Gold Corporation (“Teranga”) at a meeting held on 23 September 2016. The Scheme was approved by the Federal Court of Australia on 28 September 2016.
Under the Scheme, shareholders in the Company will receive 0.169 Teranga Chess Depository Interests (“CDI’s”) for each Company share held or, if so elected, 0.169 Teranga shares for each Company share held at the record date.
