Berkut Minerals Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Friday 26 August 2016.

500,000 options exercisable at $0.20 each, expiring on 31 December 2019 will be escrowed for a period of 24 months from the date of official quotation.

 

2,237,500 fully paid ordinary shares will be escrowed for a period of 12 months from the date of issue, being until 30 June 2017.
