ALC Customers are reminded that ASX will be commencing the next round of scheduled 5 yearly maintenance on the Diesel Rotary Un-interruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) system from Friday 7 October 2016.

Having successfully completed this maintenance on DRUPS B in September 2016, the maintenance will now be performed on DRUPS A, and will require the system to be placed into maintenance bypass mode for the duration of the work.

This work is scheduled to commence at 6am on Friday 7 October 2016 and be completed by 6pm on Monday 10 October 2016 (all times AEST). 

ASX will be working closely with its service engineers for the duration of this maintenance. ALC access and other ASX services will continue as per normal procedures over the course of this work.

What do I need to do by when?

ASX will be communicating the status of this maintenance to customers utilising the individual DRUPS being worked on.

Customers who have not already done so, are asked to provide contact details for this maintenance by completing the attached ALC DRUPS Customer Contact Details form and returning it to ASX Customer Technical Support (CTS) at cts@asx.com.au as soon as possible.
