ALC Customers are advised that ASX’s maintenance contractors have recommended additional works to be performed on DRUPS C. The maintenance operations will commence on Saturday 8 May 2021 at 08:30 AEST and are scheduled to be completed by 21:00 AEST.

The maintenance will be performed on DRUPS C only and will require DRUPS C to be placed into maintenance bypass mode. During this time, DRUPS C feed power rails will be running off mains power. Each rack has dual power rails; therefore, the second power rail in each rack will remain in normal resilient operational mode.

We do not anticipate any service interruptions. ASX will be working closely with its service engineers for the duration of the maintenance.

There is a low risk associated with this service.

ALC Access and other services will continue as per normal procedures over the course of this work.
