This notice is to notify all Participants of the timetable and process being implemented for the class of Financial Products listed which are issued by Boyuan Holdings Limited.

What do I need to do by when?

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.12, the below Financial Products was removed from the Official List from the opening of trading on Friday, 29 April 2022.

In accordance with ASX Settlement Operating Rule 8.14.1, Participants are advised that the CHESS Subregister will be closed at End of Day on Friday, 6 May 2022. At this time, any remaining holdings on the CHESS Subregister will be converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregister. This is the last time and day on which ASX Settlement will process Messages or classes of Messages transmitted by the Trust or any Participants.
