Participants are advised that ASX has received all required regulatory clearances and internal approvals for the launch of the Bloomberg AusBond Composite Index Futures (CM) and Bloomberg AusBond Credit Index Futures (CR) contracts.
Accordingly, ASX confirms that the new contracts will be listed for trading on Monday, 24 August 2026, commencing at the start of the evening trading session at 5:10pm (Sydney time) on Friday, 21 August 2026.
At launch, the December 2026 and March 2027 expiry contracts will be available for trading.
Operating Rules Procedures Change
Regulatory clearance has been received and the associated amendments to the ASX 24 Operating Rules Procedures will come into effect on trade date Monday, 24 August 2026, beginning at the start of the evening trading session on Friday, 21 August 2026. Please refer to the attached Operating Rules Procedures for further details.

The Expiry Settlement Price will be the index value published by Bloomberg, at 17:00 Sydney Time on the Last Trading Day. Securities in the Index are priced by the Bloomberg Valuated Service (BVAL) using T+2 mid prices from the BVAL Sydney 17:00 Snapshot. |
