ASX Participants were advised via Notices 0667.26.06 and 0703.26.06 of the proposed method of termination for ETOs over Qube Holdings Ltd (ASX Code: QUB) via a Scheme of Arrangement.
Participants are advised that the Scheme of Arrangement is now legally effective.
Termination Prices of Series
QUB ETO series have been terminated at its intrinsic value, using an underlying price of $5.11 – QUB’s last traded price for Wednesday, 08 July 2026.
Option positions held at the market close on Wednesday, 08 July 2026 will be closed out and cash settled at the securities intrinsic value. Takers will be credited, and writers will be debited. The cash movements will be settled by ASXCL on Thursday 09 July 2026.
