This notice is to notify all Participants of the timetable and process being implemented for the class of Financial Products listed which are issued by Invictus Therapeutics Ltd.

What do I need to do by when?

Pursuant to NSX Listing Rule 2.18(4), the below Financial Product will be removed from the NSX Official List at close of trading on Friday, 4 September 2026.

In accordance with ASX Settlement Operating Rule 8.14.1, Participants are advised that the CHESS Subregister will be closed at End of Day on Friday, 11 September 2026.  At this time, any remaining Holdings on the CHESS Subregister will be converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregister.  This is the last time and day on which ASX Settlement will process Messages or classes of Messages transmitted by the Company or any Participants.
