Participants are advised that ASX has determined pursuant to ASX Operating Rule 3100 that all trades transacted on ASX in Lake Resources N.L. options, expiring 27 August 2018, (ASX code LKEO) on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 June 2018 have been cancelled.

The decision to cancel the trades has been made on the basis that ASX considers it necessary to take such action to ensure the market for Lake Resources N.L. options, expiring 27 August 2018, is fair, orderly and transparent.

The decision reflects the confusion in the market following the release of the announcement made by Lake Resources N.L. on 26 June 2018 at 2:21pm regarding the incorrect issuance by the share registry. It also reflects the potential impact on the market for Lake Resources N.L. company options (LKEO) when the sellers of such options on 25 and 26 June look to cover their short position at settlement.

Lake Resources N.L. will publish a new notice advising when the current suspension of the options will be lifted.

All impacted participants have been contacted by ASX.

Data vendors should make the appropriate updates to trading information to reflect the cancellation of the trades from 25 and 26 June 2018.
