Amendments to the Austraclear Regulations Procedures, Determinations and Practice Notes –Effective 15 September 2021.

Austraclear is pleased to advise that a number of changes have been made to the Austraclear Procedures, Determinations and Practice Notes (the “Procedures”), to become effective 15 September 2021.

The amendments will remove the following documents from the Procedures and instead direct users to either the ASX website or the ASX Online website, where the documents currently are and will continue to be published by Austraclear (and updated as required from time to time):

• Austraclear Application Form and Participant Details Form (to be published on the ASX website - www2.asx.com.au)

• Notification of Authorised Signatories Form (to be published on the ASX Online website - https://www.asxonline.com)

• Deed of Consent for use of Nominated Account (to be published on the ASX Online website - https://www.asxonline.com)

What do I need to do by when?

From 15 September 2021, prospective and existing Austraclear Participants will be able to view the abovementioned documents on the ASX Website (in the case of the Austraclear Application Form and Participant Details Form) and on the ASX Online website (in the case of the Notification of Authorised Signatories Form and the Deed of Consent for use of Nominated Account). These documents will no longer be contained in the Procedures.
