As part of ASX’s commitment to providing our Technical Services customers with reliable, resilient and secure connectivity to ASX trading applications, ASX is refreshing ITCH co-location network devices. This refresh is to ensure we are maintaining vendor support of critical market infrastructure.
ASX will host a cutover weekend, during which customers will be required to participate in connectivity testing post refresh.
Please note the proposed period for the refresh is Q3 2025. ASX will communicate a confirmed cutover weekend date to customers at a later time.
Co-ordination of testing between ASX and customers will be required. Customers are required to test connectivity on the day of the cutover. ASX technical support staff will assist customers during refresh and testing.
Following this notification, your Technical Account Manager will engage with you to confirm customers’ contact details for the testing activity over the cutover weekend. Additional information pertaining to this will be provided in subsequent communication.
