Lynas Rare Earths Limited – Termination Settlement Price for LYC ETOs

The Securities of Lynas Rare Earth Limited (ASX: LYC) were placed in Trading Halt prior to trading on Thursday, 28 August 2025, at the request of the Company.

In the event that the above Trading Halt remains in place after the conclusion of trading today, expiring LYC ETOs will use the last traded price of the underlying before the Trading Halt came into effect for settlement.  Exercise restrictions are not currently in place for LYC.

In line with current policy, expiring LYC ETOs will be opened for trading at 2.00pm (Sydney time) on Thursday, 28 August 2025, unless the underlying has resumed trading prior, regardless of the status of the underlying.

What do I need to do by when?

Participants can trade expiring LYC ETOs from 2:00pm (Sydney time) should they need to do so.
