This Notice is to notify all Participants of the timetable and process being implemented for the class of Financial Products listed below, which are issued by BOD Science Limited.

 

What do I need to do by when?

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.12 the below Financial Product was removed from the Official List from the commencement of trading on 1 December 2025.

In accordance with ASX Settlement Operating Rule 8.14.1, Participants are advised that the CHESS Subregister will be closed at End of Day on Monday, 8 December 2025. At this time, any remaining holdings on the CHESS Subregister will be converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregister. This is the last time and day on which ASX Settlement will process Messages or classes of Messages transmitted by the Trust or any Participants.
