Corporate Travel Management Limited – Termination Settlement Price for CTD ETOs

Securities of CTD were placed in suspend prior to trading on Thursday, 18 Sep 2025, at the request of the Company.

In the event that the above suspend remains in place after the conclusion of trading today, expiring CTD ETOs will use the last traded price of the underlying before the suspend came into effect for settlement.  Exercise restrictions are not currently in place for CTD.

In line with current policy, expiring CTD ETOs will be opened for trading at 2.00pm (Sydney time) on Thursday, 20 November 2025, unless the underlying has resumed trading prior, regardless of the status of the underlying. 

What do I need to do by when?

Participants can trade expiring CTD ETOs from 2:00pm (Sydney time) should they need to do so.
