Austraclear Billing and GST

We wish to inform you that a recent review of our billing processes has identified an issue affecting the application of GST, particularly for cases where billing was not issued to the Austraclear Participants acting as Issuer Representative for an Issuer.

To ensure our records are accurate, we will be updating our records and revising invoices to include GST where applicable.

Please be aware that all Austraclear Participants who have an ABN and act on behalf of themselves or an Issuer are subject to GST. The ASX Austraclear Schedule of Fees lists prices as GST exclusive. In general, GST will apply to ASX Austraclear services, and GST inclusive amounts will be reflected in your invoices going forward.
