The Austraclear Regulations and Procedures were amended effective 21 September 2026.  Further information on the amendments can be found in the Market Notice of 19 August 2026.

Austraclear Guidance Note 10 has been updated to reflect amendments made to the Austraclear Regulation and Procedures relevant to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.  

What's changing?

The Guidance Note has been updated to reflect the thresholds for participants required to maintain an ASX Net Connection, together with a clarification of the participants to which that requirement applies.

What do I need to do by when?

Participants are encouraged to review the Guidance Note, in particular Section 2 and Section 4.8 with respect to connectivity requirements. 

Effective date

These changes become effective from 28 September 2026.
