ASX would like to remind customers of the ASX System Status Page alert feature which provides customers that subscribe with timely, accurate information about key system statuses including outages, incidents and resolution. This is located on the ASX website and is the primary source of updates for incidents that impact any major ASX systems.
Participants are invited to visit ASX Online to subscribe to receive ASX system status alerts via email and/or SMS.
Subscribers will be alerted and directed to the system status page via their preferred communication method in the event of a major interruption to ASX systems or services.
Please note that system status updates are used to enhance the level of communication to customers in the event of an incident or unexpected change and do not take the place of ASX Online Notices or other methods of customer engagement. Customers are advised to ensure that key teams are subscribed to the relevant ASX alerts for their technical areas and business units.
The System status reflects four values:
Normal Operation (Green)
Informational Update (Blue)
Partial Operational Impact (Amber)
Critical Operational Impact (Red)
This feature is available on ASX Online for users to subscribe immediately. To opt in to the new feature, simply log into ASX Online and use the subscription user guide for a step-by-step process.
If you do not currently have an ASX Online account, please contact your Enterprise Administrator to set-up your user.
